We so enjoyed our experience purchasing our new camper from Cleveland RV. They were a 5 star experience from beginning to end. From sales to financing, accounting and service we could not be more pleased. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Not only was the process smooth from the start but before we hooked up and left they thoroughly cleaned the camper for us and expertly installed all the extras we had purchased and gave us a fantastic overview of how everything worked. And before we left made sure we were comfortable with everything. A lot of RV dealers try to tag on a lot of extras at the end of purchase like mandatory travel clubs and such.
